Volunteer Digital Inclusion role England

Volunteer Digital Inclusion Role

The Mentor Ring is a community-based charity supporting individuals through mentoring and guiding people of all ages and backgrounds, helping them to overcome significant barriers to social inclusion. We believe that no individual should be excluded from active participation in employment, training, education, community life or social activities because of cultural, language, physical, mental or emotional health issues.

The Mentor Ring’s mission is to empower individuals from diverse socio-economic backgrounds to overcome barriers and reach their full potential. Through tailored mentoring, workshops, skill-building, and community events, we support education, employment, health, and social inclusion, fostering resilience, self-confidence, and integration. Our work creates lasting positive change across communities in Wales and England.

The primary purpose of the Volunteer IT tutor role is to bridge the digital divide by providing individuals with the necessary  BASIC IT skills, knowledge, and access to digital technologies.
