A huge thank you to The National Lottery Community Fund Wales for recent funding. As we enter a post-covid world, this funding will allow us to establish a community health mentoring project. This project is a direct response to assist those adversely impacted by COVID-19, helping individuals build strong relationships with one another to become more resilient for future challenges.
