Diabetes Foot Care Self-Management funded by Masonic Benevolent Fund of South Wales

Foot care self-management sessions are due to be held monthly by The Mentor Ring. The sessions are intended to help individuals suffering from Diabetes Type 2 and will be delivered in a number of different ethnic languages in addition to English.
During the course, advice will be given by different specialists including a podiatrist, diabetologist and dietician.
We hope with the help of our specialists and with the support of a peer group, attendants will be able to look after their health better, be more mobile, suffer less pain and even learn to be aware of any symptoms that may need treatment.
