The Mentor Ring (TMR), Women’s Federation for World Peace (WFWP) and Butetown Community Centre (BCC) celebrated a wonderful International Women’s Day themed #BreaktheBias. Thank you, Ruby. You sing so well. Special thanks to young lady Samyukta for singing a song on the day. Tripti, we appreciate your time and interest to encourage young people to participate in community events. We recognised three individuals yesterday_ Christine, Jane and Donna for being role models in the community. I also would like to thank those who came from Newport. Yasmeen Khan…as always very kind of you to drive a few friends who didn’t have transport. See you all soon. We must do such events more often and meet. Never underestimate your strengths and power.
