Volunteer Mentor role England

Volunteer Mentor Role, England

The Mentor Ring is a community-based charity supporting individuals through mentoring and guiding people of all ages and backgrounds, helping them to overcome significant barriers to social inclusion. We believe that no individual should be excluded from active participation in employment, training, education, community life or social activities because of cultural, language, physical, mental or emotional health issues.

The Mentor Ring’s mission is to empower individuals from diverse socio-economic backgrounds to overcome barriers and reach their full potential. Through tailored mentoring, workshops, skill-building, and community events, we support education, employment, health, and social inclusion, fostering resilience, self-confidence, and integration. Our work creates lasting positive change across communities in Wales and England.

The Volunteer Mentor role is to provide guidance, support, and inspiration to individuals in need, fostering their personal and professional growth. This role is crucial in helping our organisation achieve its mission of empowering and uplifting the lives of our others. By fulfilling these objectives, Volunteer Mentors play a vital role in the  development of our beneficiaries, contributing to their long-term success and well-being. The mentorship provided not only impacts the individual mentees but also strengthens the fabric of our community, creating a ripple effect of positive change.
