The Mentor Ring in partnership with the Cathays High School presents free yoga sessions every Saturday morning, 25th April 2026, 10.30 am – 11.30 am at the Tesco’s Extra Excelsior Estate, Excelsior Rd, Cardiff CF14 3AT. Come along join and meet new people!
