The Minority Ethnic Communities (MEC) Health Fair will be held at Fitzalan High School, Leckwith Road, Cardiff CF11 8AP on Wednesday 28th October 2026, from 10am – 3pm. The theme this year is ‘Prevention Today. Better Health Tomorrow’.
The MEC Health Fair 2026 aims to provide accessible health and wellbeing information, as well as health screenings, to Cardiff’s ethnically diverse population. The event seeks to ensure South Wales’ diverse minority ethnic communities have access to relevant health resources while offering voluntary, statutory, and public health sectors a platform to promote local initiatives. Additionally, it provides vital opportunities for individuals to be screened for conditions that disproportionately affect these communities.
