COVID-19 Support
The Mentor Ring is helping in the current crisis to alleviate pressure on the health service or providing support to people suffering from the economic and social impact of coronavirus. Supporting the national response and helping vulnerable people through mentoring and engaging them with activities to cope, is our first priority at the moment.
The Mentor Ring recognizes that others are dealing with far more complex and impactful challenges than where we find ourselves. Our goal is to do our part for global well-being. We are following guidelines from Public Health, we have closed our offices and canceled our face-to-face group sessions, workshops, training as well as 1-1 and Peer mentoring, until further notice.
Nevertheless, we are currently mentoring via phone & online platforms.
Based on current information, we feel this is the best decision for our people, our beneficiaries, our stakeholders, and our community as a whole.

TMR, in association with the Salvation Army, is engaged in distributing food parcels to the vulnerable and the isolated community members as well as to the international student community at these stressful and uncertain times brought in by the COVID-19 pandemic. We are currently helping over 240 students in South Wales, all thanks to the selfless and compassionate volunteers who have come forward to pitch in with their valuable services.
