Bollywood & Creative Dance Workshop with Desi Groovers March 6th 2026

Join us for a vibrant Bollywood and creative Dance Workshop with Desi Groovers, where you’ll learn lively steps inspired by Bollywood, classical, and folk dance traditions of South Asia.  The first session began on Friday 30th January 2026 and will continue every other Friday, the second session had taken place on Friday 13th February and the third session was on Friday 27th February 2026, the fourth session will commence on Friday 6th March from 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm at Cyncoed Methodist Church, Cyncoed Road, Cardiff, CF23 6SE.

Bollywood dance workshop was introduced during South Asian Heritage Month was met with overwhelming enthusiasm and participation. Following its success, we are running  these vibrant sessions on a regular basis—every other Friday at Cyncoed Methodist Church, Cyncoed Road, Cardiff.

The workshops have attracted interest from a wonderfully diverse group of participants, including members of the South Asian community as well as people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds. This strong cross-cultural engagement reflects the inclusive and universal appeal of Bollywood dance.

Bollywood dance is a dynamic and expressive art form that combines high-energy movement with storytelling. These creative sessions celebrate individuality and joy, offering a welcoming space where participants can express themselves and experience vibrant cultural traditions.
