The Mentor Ring in collobaration with the or Adult Learning Wales/ Cathays High School Healthy Cooking Sessions are starting at the EYST Wales, South Loudon Place, Buteown Cardiff, CF10 5HP every Wednesday afternoon, 1:00pm to 3:00pm. For May 8th Wednesday afternoon join us for healthy eating sessions, and meet new people!

Free Children Activities every Wednesday afternoon 3:30 pm -5:00pm at the TMR Office 2nd Floor, Butetown Community Centre, Butetown, Cardiff CF10 5JA. Join us for an after school - activity session for a fun learning experience outside of school hours. Wednesday 8th May afternoon.

Come along and learn the basics of the English Language by an Arabic speaking English tutor, at the Butetown Pavilion Dumballs Rd, Cardiff, every Tuesday afternoon, 14th May Tuesday 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm.

A Health Awareness Session for women will commence tomorrow at the Butetown Community Centre, TMR Office 2nd fl, Butetown Cardiff, tomorrow as a guest speaker Dr Amara Naseem will talk about the health topics on Ovarian & Cervical cancer for women at 1:30 - 2:30pm.
