Our Story
The Mentor Ring is a community-based charity supporting individuals through mentoring and guiding people of all ages and backgrounds, helping them to overcome significant barriers to social inclusion.
We believe that no individual should be excluded from active participation in employment, training, education, community life or social activities because of cultural, language, physical, mental or emotional health issues.

The Mentor Ring is delighted to announce that we have received the Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Award for 2023 from the Ministry of Defence for our support of the Armed Forces community. Our policy is to support armed forces personnel and their families in both staff and volunteer roles. We ensure that anyone in any branch of the armed forces, including family members, who work in an employed or volunteer role for our organisation is given the time to dedicate to their responsibilities. We promise to continue to support full-time armed forces members, reservists and their families.
