International Yoga Day 2021

On Monday 21 June, we celebrated International Yoga Day with over 40 individuals on Zoom! Yoga in a group environment provides the perfect opportunity to work together towards a common goal, if you missed the session, we provide yoga sessions Monday to Friday at 9:45AM and Saturday at 10 am!
