The MEC Health Fair 2026 will be held at Fitzalan High School, Cardiff, Leckwith Rd, CF118AP, Wednesday 28th October, 10am – 3pm. The theme at this year’s Health Fair: Prevention Today. Better Health Tomorrow.
The goal of the 2026 MEC Health Fair is to help individuals from different ethnic backgrounds become more aware of their own health needs and to enable health providers to improve their understanding of community health issues.
The MEC Health Fair 2026 aims to provide accessible health and wellbeing information, as well as health screenings, to Cardiff’s ethnically diverse population. The event seeks to ensure South Wales’ diverse minority ethnic communities have access to relevant health resources while offering voluntary, statutory, and public health sectors a platform to promote local initiatives. Additionally, it provides vital opportunities for individuals to be screened for conditions that disproportionately affect these communities.
